Example application to be used along with [this tutorial](http://www.saschawillems.de/?page_id=2017) for demonstrating the use of the new VK_EXT_debug_marker extension. Introduced with Vulkan 1.0.12, it adds functionality to set debug markers, regions and name objects for advanced debugging in an offline graphics debugger like [RenderDoc](http://www.renderdoc.org).
