Android validation layers

Put the pre-built validation layers into the folder for the architecture you're targeting.

E.g. for armeabi-v7a:

./armeabi-v7a/libVkLayer_core_validation.so ./armeabi-v7a/libVkLayer_object_tracker.so ...
