580008ee5a Fix for base subpass depedencies had uninitialized dependency flags.
This consistently crashed all the examples on my linux laptop with
Intel GPU in it.

- Given newLayout = LAYOUT_SHADER_READ_ONLY_OPTIMAL, upcoming
  usage is unlikely to be TRANSFER_READ_BIT.
- dstAccessMask = FRAGMENT_SHADER makes more sense
